Returns Window
We have a 120-day return policy. That means you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for the 120-day hair-growth guarantee, you must register within 10 days of delivery. Email care@crimsondaily.com with:
- your order number and phone number
- high-resolution, in-focus photographs of your scalp (crown, hairline and thinning areas)
- a high-resolution, in-focus video of the same areas, taken in good light
Blurry, dark or out-of-focus files cannot be accepted.
After registration, use the panel consistently. If after four months you see no visible improvement, email care@crimsondaily.com again with your original registration and new comparison photos or video from the same angles and lighting.
For any other return within 120 days, the item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Email care@crimsondaily.com to start the return.
If your return is accepted, we will arrange a pickup from your home. All refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
If the item is damaged or received in poor condition, verified on inspection, the return or refund can be rejected.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We allow 1 free exchange for size or wavelength. Any price difference must be paid to register the exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and tell you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.
